· Review and process agent onboarding requests, ensuring all credentials and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant

· Analyze submissions for eligibility and adherence to federal and state regulations

· Identify risks/issues and apply appropriate solutions based on process and compliance knowledge

· Monitor daily activities and communicate updates to agents and stakeholders

· Maintain production and quality standards

· Support system updates and contribute to interdepartmental initiatives

· Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements

· Perform reporting analysis and complete additional duties as needed

Candidates for Broker Agent Service Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
