Job Description Summary:

The National Accounts Pricing Analyst will analyze pricing information and provide internal reporting and analytical support for the National Accounts team. The position will support the National Accounts Directors and Managers by providing monthly price increases, monthly deal changes, quoting ad-hoc pricing requests, assisting with customer pricing discrepancies and curate a transparent and deliverable pricing tool.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monthly reporting and capturing or price increases and deal changes, including any necessary ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Compile all pricing and deal data into a comprehensive library, while managing all the system and data maintenance and updating pricing reference books.
  • Build a relationship with market revenue management teams to comprehend and organize legalities involving pricing and the chain, trade channel, and level pricing strategy for each market.
  • Work with the NA Directors and local market leaders to reconcile pricing discrepancies as they arise.
  • Provide price that was available for customers based on their pricing dynamics in each market at time of invoice and future changes.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities within assigned responsible areas by developing and supporting best practice initiatives.
  • Complete complex data analysis projects to support a variety of initiatives using advanced excel skills and presenting findings
  • Research and anticipate analytical needs of division including competitor analysis, strategy support
  • Supports special projects as needed.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance or business analyst role
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Match
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the liquor industry
  • Experience with large national account analytics

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
