Overview

Develop and implement a US and Canada retail sales growth strategy for AOR accounts
aligned with company goals and national sales priorities.
Lead and collaborate with Rep Groups to ensure strong coverage and representation at
key retailers across both countries.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with merchant teams at Ace Hardware,
Orgill, Do it Best, True Value, and other customers.
Oversee pricing, promotions, forecasting, and performance planning to achieve profitable
sales growth.
Partner with crossfunctional teams (Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to
ensure product offerings and inventory meet customer needs in both markets.
Support planning activities with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful
execution.
Represent the company at spring and fall shows, customer line reviews, and key meetings
throughout the year.
Monitor and analyze business performance across sales, margin, and profitability;
identify trends and opportunities to optimize results.
Contribute to the development of retail sales systems and processes to improve
efficiency, accountability, and visibility into key performance metrics.


Responsibilities

The Leader, AOR (All Other Retail, Co-Op &  Hardware Stores) Retail Sales will drive
growth across our AOR business in the United States and Canada, strengthening partnerships
with Rep Groups and key retail customers including Ace Hardware, Orgill, Do it Best, True
Value, and additional regional partners in the US and Canada. This remote role is responsible for
developing and executing a retail sales growth strategy for the US and Canada, overseeing
pricing, promotions, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and
national sales priorities.
This position requires both strategic and tactical leadership, with the ability to build trust,
influence stakeholders, and foster longterm customer partnerships across both markets.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent
experience considered.
Minimum five years of retail or commercial sales experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
Experience in hardware, home improvement, or consumer goods channels strongly preferred.

Strong general management mindset with proven leadership, strategic thinking, analytical capability, and problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated success in account development, consultative selling, and negotiation.
Must have relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with SAP/CRM systems.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events (typically 1–2 overnight trips per month; some weekend travel required).


Hiring Range

Hiring range for remote hires only is: $100,000 -$120,000 per year. 

(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Sales Incentive plan of 22%.
