Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 months
Mandatory: 4-5 years of Pharma/Biotech industry experience is a MUST

Job Function:
The Oracle ERP O2C/Sales Order Management Lead will be responsible for supporting implementation and upgrade projects around Oracle ERP (and related technologies).
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert within the Oracle O2C/Sales Order Management functional areas.
  • Lead the system implementation and set up for Oracle ERP Cloud O2C/Sales Order Management application.
  • Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions around O2C/Sales Order Management
  • Collaborate with users to identify gaps, capture and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality, and development of solutions.
  • Configure Oracle ERP to meet Business Requirements
  • Lead configuration and business process walk through with the client.
  • Perform Functional Testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client IT and business process leads.
  • Provide estimates and timelines to deliver functionality based on Business Requirements
  • Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockers.
  • Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Oracle ERP

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 yrs of Oracle ERP experience with 5 years' global experience in implementing or supporting Oracle ERP Cloud O2C/Sales Order Management within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of all O2C/Sales Orders Management Functions (Cost Accounting, Budget to Report (B2R), Invoicing, Inventory Management, Cost Management (i.e., Standard, Average, FIFO, Actual Costing), Customer Payments, Credit Memo, Rebates, Chargebacks, AR (Account Receivable)
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering, analysis, application design, testing, and supporting end users in a business environment.
  • Experience with regulatory guidelines and managing environments containing regulated systems.
  • Experience in GMP environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Good functional knowledge of Life Sciences commercialization processes.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications - Infrastructure, Platform as a Service or Cloud Applications preferred.
