Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and driving execution of a multi-site Oracle Cloud implementation across Mexico. The role supports the Program Director and is accountable for day-to-day program management, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, deployment readiness, and cross-functional coordination across Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Order Management (OM), Planning, Data, Integrations, Testing, and Change Management.
The Program Manager serves as the central point of coordination across Oracle implementation partners, business stakeholders, solution leads, architects, and site deployment teams to ensure successful delivery of the program.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Management
  • Manage integrated program plans across all Oracle workstreams.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  • Coordinate activities across:
    • Financials
    • Procurement
    • Inventory
    • Manufacturing
    • Order Management
    • Planning
    • Data Migration
    • Integrations
    • Testing
    • Change Management
  • Ensure alignment between global design decisions and Mexico-specific business requirements.

Multi-Site Deployment Coordination
  • Coordinate deployment readiness across multiple Mexico facilities.
  • Manage site-specific requirements, risks, and cutover activities.
  • Ensure standardization while accommodating justified local business needs.
  • Track site readiness, training completion, and business adoption metrics.
  • Facilitate deployment planning and rollout sequencing.

Governance & Executive Reporting
  • Lead weekly program governance meetings.
  • Maintain RAID logs and escalation processes.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and steering committee materials.
  • Provide program health reporting across:
    • Scope
    • Schedule
    • Budget
    • Risks
    • Resource utilization
    • Deployment readiness

Functional & Cross-Workstream Coordination

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • Resolving conflicts between workstreams.
  • Driving decision closure.
  • Ensuring functional alignment across modules.

Data, Integration & Testing Oversight
  • Monitor data migration readiness.
  • Track integration development and testing progress.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, and performance testing schedules.
  • Ensure defects and issues are resolved according to agreed timelines.
  • Monitor testing metrics and readiness criteria.

Cutover & Go-Live Readiness
  • Coordinate cutover planning and execution.
  • Track readiness checkpoints.
  • Facilitate mock cutovers.
  • Manage go-live issue escalation processes.
  • Support hypercare planning and execution.
Someone with 10–15 years of ERP implementation experience and at least 2–3 full Oracle Cloud deployments.
