Summary:
Responsible for performing daily cycle counts. Perform counts across multiple departments to ensure inventory accuracy for the St. Louis site. Will help ensure that product is being stored according to first in first out (FIFO/FEFO) methods. When applicable completes a form, fit and function criteria of product per specification.
Principal Duties Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cycle counts based on the cycle count schedule determined by Supply Chain designee - primary of job requirement.
  • Ability to perform cycle counts via RF gun or with paper count sheets.
  • Interact daily with internal departments to maintain consistency and accuracy of material flow on incoming and outgoing product.
  • Reports any damaged products or product packaging to correct department(s).
  • Maintains location cleanliness through-out the counting process.
  • Executes inter-departmental training of cycle count as required.
  • Assist with root cause analysis of stock inaccuracies.
  • Perform inventory related transactions within the systems used by Aesculap. Examples include, but are not limited to: Write on and write offs, location transfers, and physical count postings.
  • Assist department with special projects
  • Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual.
  • Must embody the Company's Vision, Mission and Values
  • Monitor expiring stocks and follow SOPs to remove the stock from the system
  • Other duties may be assigned

    • Warehouse Management systems (SAP)
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Operate a forklift and standard order picker lift.
  • Working knowledge of SOP/GMP requirements.
