Warehouse & Dispatch Associate

Location: On-Site

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $20.25–$29.25/hour

Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring a Warehouse & Dispatch Associate for a respected client in warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends inventory handling, order fulfillment, and dispatch coordination for someone who values safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

●      Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and supplies

●      Pick, pack, label, and stage orders per company standards

●      Review work orders, shipping docs, and dispatch schedules for accuracy

●      Coordinate outbound shipments and dispatch activities

●      Load/unload trucks following safety procedures

●      Move products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas

●      Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely

●      Use scanners and WMS to track inventory

●      Assist with inventory counts and organization

●      Maintain clean, safe work areas per OSHA standards

●      Collaborate with supervisors and team to hit productivity goals

Preferred

●      High school diploma or GED

●      Warehouse, shipping/receiving, dispatch, or logistics experience

●      Forklift or powered equipment experience

●      WMS and barcode scanning familiarity

Qualifications

●      Able to read, write, and communicate in English

●      Basic computer/scanner proficiency preferred

●      Able to follow shipping docs, dispatch schedules, and SOPs

●      Strong attention to detail and time management

●      Able to bend, lift, twist, push, pull, and reach repetitively

●      Able to safely lift/carry up to 50 lbs

●      Able to stand/walk through 8-hour shifts, with occasional extended hours

●      Dependable, strong work ethic, works independently or on a team

●      Flexible for overtime, weekends, or extra shifts
