Our team of Intuit Certified Pro Advisors provides tailored accounting solutions aimed at helping clients succeed. We focus on understanding specific client needs to create customized plans for achieving financial goals.

Offering ongoing support and guidance, we ensure a seamless accounting experience. Role Description This is a remote role for a QuickBooks Online Certified Bookkeeper . The Bookkeeper will be responsible for: Managing daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts Preparing and reviewing financial statements Handling journal entries and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting Utilizing QuickBooks Online and Double to maintain up-to-date financial records Assisting clients with QuickBooks Online troubleshooting and best practices Communicating with clients in a professional and timely manner Qualifications QuickBooks Online Certification (Required) 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial statement preparation Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Double (formerly Keeper) Strong understanding of accounting principles and small business finance Excellent organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines Experience working with small businesses or service‐based industries and nonprofits (preferred) Additional Information Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
