Accounting, Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist

We are a growing medical billing company seeking an experienced Accounting, Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing confidential financial and employee information. Human Resources experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule

  • Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing

  • Track expenses, payments, and outstanding balances

  • Maintain payroll and employee records

  • Support onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR-related tasks as needed

  • Identify and correct account discrepancies

  • Collaborate with management and other team members

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company policies

  • Human Resources experience is a plus

  • Experience with employee onboarding, personnel records, and benefits administration, preferred but not required

  • Experience working for a medical billing, healthcare, or professional-services company, preferred but not required

  • Familiarity with payroll tax requirements and financial reporting

  • Accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or HR education or certification

Required Qualifications
