Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, behaviors, and goals.

• Provide evidence-based counseling services to clients, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop an integrated approach to client care, sharing insights and treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, partnered with a valid state-issued LPC license in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits
