As a Recruiter at Evotym, you will focus on sourcing and engaging professionals with iGaming experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and match them with candidates who have relevant industry expertise. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles within the iGaming and fintech industries, ensuring alignment with both client and company requirements.

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various assessment methods.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

  • Effectively use an ATS system to track candidates, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics.
    Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in target niches through active sourcing and networking.

Requirements
