Position: Survey Interviewer - Contingent
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct beneficiary surveys utilizing CATI and web-based platforms, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.
  • Address respondent inquiries with professionalism while strictly adhering to approved scripts, protocols, and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Possess 1+ years of experience in survey administration, call center operations, or a related field
  • Preference given to candidates familiar with healthcare or government-sponsored survey programs.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary: $20 - $25 hourly
