A large healthcare system is looking for a seasoned Cupid Analyst that ideally also has a Radiant certification to support a variety of project and support related needs. Consultants should be strong in Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath Lab related build.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client is looking for a strong resource experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting the Epic Cupid (cardiology) and Radiant (radiology) modules. Key duties include analyzing and resolving system issues, gathering requirements from clinical staff, developing system configurations, and creating and executing test plans. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with clinical and IT teams and ensure the systems align with healthcare workflows and organizational goals.

Core responsibilities

System management: Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Cupid and Radiant modules.

Issue resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system and data issues to minimize disruption to workflows.

Project leadership: Manage or co-manage projects related to the Cupid and Radiant modules, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements and design: Gather requirements from clinical users, design solutions, and develop system specifications.

Testing: Develop, validate, and execute comprehensive test plans for new configurations and updates.

Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff, IT teams, and other stakeholders to support daily operations and strategic planning.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

Training: Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members.
