• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video platforms, focusing on their mental wellness.
• Facilitate discussions about clients’ emotions and experiences, helping them uncover insights into their personal behaviors and relationships.
• Serve as a client advocate, guiding them to articulate their goals and develop actionable plans.
• Assess clients' mental health status and design individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies and your clinical expertise.

The patients you will serve are primarily stable individuals with low acuity needs. Each client's situation is prescreened to ensure they are an appropriate fit, allowing you to deliver focused and effective support. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Registered or active membership with relevant professional bodies.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client interactions.

• Previous experience providing therapy remotely is a plus.
• A history of practicing independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence in your clinical judgment.
