This position will be conducted remotely, allowing flexibility while maintaining necessary connections with clients who may require support in an array of settings, including individual homes or community environments. As a member of a dedicated team, the LCSW will utilize telehealth technologies and other digital tools to facilitate effective communication and treatment.

• Provide direct clinical services to a designated caseload, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, aimed at addressing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.
• Engage actively in therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the developmental and psychological needs of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that integrate recommendations from multidisciplinary team members and reflect client goals.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to establish treatment needs and adjust service delivery as required.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation, ensuring timely completion of progress notes and required data submission.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency interventions as needed to provide crisis response and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and effective transitions for clients across services.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and the organizational code of conduct, fostering an environment of trust and security.
• Assist in identifying and addressing safety concerns within both therapy sessions and work environments.

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse population of clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. The role involves developing cultural competence to effectively navigate the varied beliefs and backgrounds of clients, ensuring equitable and effective care.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community mental health settings.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in detox or addiction recovery environments, familiarity with telehealth services, and a proven ability to engage clients with diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care will be considered an asset.
