As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with healthcare teams and have access to the necessary resources to ensure client safety and frontline care. • Engage directly with clients diagnosed with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders while conducting both in-office and community-based assessments.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that provide coordinated access to needed services, ensuring that relevant information is communicated effectively between clients, family members, and supporting providers.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, and work with clients to establish individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Carry a caseload that includes varied therapy formats such as individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to clients' unique presenting problems.
• Participate actively as a team member to collaboratively work towards shared goals, contributing insights during case discussions and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on clients' feedback and clinical progress, ensuring timely interventions and continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and engage in on-call duties as assigned, offering immediate support during urgent situations.
• Regularly evaluate client admission criteria and discharge eligibility, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.

This position will primarily serve underserved populations dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. You will engage with diverse clients from different backgrounds, embracing a holistic approach that recognizes each individual's culture, beliefs, and life experiences. Your role is vital in fostering trust and rapport, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys while empowering them for recovery.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) and hold an active LCSW license.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare or social services environment, with a focus on mental health.
• Deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies suitable for diverse client populations.
• Ability to adhere to ethical guidelines and codes of conduct, upholding the values of our organization.
• Proficiency in assessing client needs and developing individualized care strategies.

Experience working within a detox or addiction recovery setting is highly preferred, although not mandatory. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment and knowledge of community resources to assist clients during their recovery are important assets. Previous exposure to crisis intervention practices will also be beneficial.
