- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and the code of conduct, ensuring high-quality care by documenting client interactions and treatment progress per agency guidelines.
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide immediate responses to clients in need of urgent support.
- Manage a manageable caseload that includes assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to suit the specific needs of clients.
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ treatment progress, performing regular follow-ups to ensure they meet established admission and discharge criteria.
- Provide timely and accurate reports and ensure consistent data submission to support organizational operations and quality improvement efforts.
The LCSW will primarily work with clients from all walks of life, including individuals suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
