• Provide timely interventions for patients requiring emergency mental health support, showcasing adept crisis management skills.
• Regularly evaluate and adapt treatment strategies based on patient progress, utilizing data-driven methodologies to inform modifications to care.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously in compliance with Agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurately reflect treatment paths.
• Enhance patients’ self-management skills and promote lifestyle changes that facilitate better mental and physical health outcomes.
• Act as an advocate for patients, connecting them with additional resources and support networks as needed.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights for collaborative treatment planning.
• Adhere to the Clinical Professionals' Code of Ethics while performing additional responsibilities as assigned.

As a counselor in our clinic, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health diagnoses. Your role will require sensitivity, understanding, and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse patient demographic, ensuring that care is both empathetic and effective. You will primarily engage with clients through telehealth appointments, fostering a comfortable environment that encourages open communication.

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required prior to joining.

• Fluency in English; Spanish speaking abilities are preferred and may enhance patient rapport.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
