Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and enhance patient health outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, individual and group therapy approaches.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with medical and support staff, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient treatment that targets psychosocial and medical needs.
• Document all clinical encounters and interventions accurately in patients' medical records, complying with departmental standards and regulations.
• Provide education and resources to patients and families, facilitating understanding and adherence to treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for patients and families, connecting them to community resources and support systems that promote recovery and self-determination.
• Maintain current knowledge of community resources and collaborate on advocacy efforts to enhance patient support and available services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role predominantly focuses on individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use and those dealing with co-occurring mental health disorders. You will be providing care with sensitivity to the unique experiences of diverse populations, addressing both psychological and social factors to support their pathway to recovery. Your contributions will directly influence patient satisfaction and treatment success, fostering a supportive environment that enhances their journey toward sustainable health.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited school, with a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Strong understanding of the NASW Code of Ethics and adherence to professional standards of social work practice.
• Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience in health or mental health settings, particularly in environments serving diverse populations, is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually commensurate with experience.
