• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans guided by evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to provide individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups, addressing common mental health concerns while fostering community and mutual support.
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a holistic and integrated treatment approach.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective response for clients in need.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, assessments, and patient progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, remaining current with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.
• Engage in collaborative care by actively participating in team discussions and case reviews to enhance treatment outcomes.

In your role, you will have the opportunity to work with a richly diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various levels of mental health disorders, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking supportive intervention. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as one of the following in the state of Washington: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and a proven ability to employ evidence-based treatment modalities in practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, utilizing empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Experience in successfully conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Proficiency in the utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and administrative tasks.
• A collaborative team player who is committed to contributing positively within a multidisciplinary environment.

• A minimum of one year of direct clinical experience as a mental health counselor or therapist.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy tools that enhance client engagement.
