Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and project management tools is typically necessary. Standout professionals demonstrate empathy, active listening, cultural awareness, and the ability to build rapport across virtual channels. These skills and tools are essential for fostering effective teamwork, minimizing misunderstandings, and maintaining productivity in remote work environments.
