Whether you prefer a lighter workload of just 5 hours per week or wish to dive in with 40 hours or more, our flexible scheduling empowers you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions focused on solution-based interventions, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and concise case notes using our integrated platform, which streamlines documentation and minimizes time spent on administrative tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.
• Assure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter during their therapeutic journey.
• Utilize our platform's state-of-the-art features to facilitate virtual sessions, including built-in tools for scheduling and client management.

Your clients will primarily include young adults and women under the age of 35, addressing various issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, and grief counseling. Each session typically lasts 45 minutes, where you will guide clients through solution-focused therapy, ensuring they feel heard and supported. The majority of clients seek short-term counseling, often engaging in fewer than 24 sessions, and all present with low acute needs, allowing you to focus on providing quality care without the complexity of severe mental health or addiction issues.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must hold an active and independent LCSW license in the state of Kansas; associates or interns are not considered.
• Proficient in using technology for patient communication, including having a reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection.

While experience in telehealth is not mandatory, familiarity with virtual therapy practices and client engagement strategies can significantly benefit your integration into our team. A background in diverse therapeutic modalities and experience working with young adults and women are highly valued.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000–104,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience.
