Job Overview

The role of the Strategic Program Delivery and Operations Manager is pivotal in guiding and innovating cloud operations while spearheading the transformation through Oracle Cloud ERP and other project implementations within the Enterprise Finance and Supply Chain sectors. This position seeks a forward-thinking leader who can merge technological expertise with strategic business insights to enhance operational excellence and drive transformative results. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of cloud services and ERP systems, showcasing the ability to manage complex transformation projects with a focus on delivering value, improving operational efficiency, and achieving strategic business objectives. This role requires a leader skilled in fostering collaboration, inspiring innovation, and nurturing a culture that emphasizes purposeful execution, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach. Through strategic guidance and impactful leadership, this manager will significantly influence the future of the organization’s cloud and ERP environment, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and promoting sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee management functions, including hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, performance management, and staff productivity.
  • Plan, organize, staff, direct, and manage daily departmental operations; develop and implement necessary policies and programs; may hold budgetary responsibilities.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of systems across Finance and other departments, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business priorities by managing the organization’s portfolio of technology and non-technology initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Establish and report on qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess project status and success.
  • Oversee all aspects of the cloud operations process lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and governance, while managing change control activities.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and procedures across all operational areas.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs) to evaluate and monitor performance, costs, and support baselines.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives for tools and processes to facilitate the expansion of cloud services and customer base.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
Experience Requirements
  • Required: Minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Required: At least 6 years of experience in project management.
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience in consulting, technology services, cloud operations, or a related field.
