This position operates fully remotely, utilizing a telehealth model that allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work schedule. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, formulating clinical diagnoses, and creating individualized treatment plans based on client-specific needs and goals.
• Facilitate and deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken to stabilize their condition.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with ethical and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, acting as an advocate for clients' rights and needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Your primary focus will be on diverse client populations dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. You will work with individuals of various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, enabling you to adopt a culturally competent approach tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist credentials (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) are required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• At least two years of related experience in a mental health setting is required.

The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
