Job description

SnapSoft is a leading AWS (Amazon Web Services) Premier Tier Partner specializing in cloud migrations, Generative AI (GenAI), DevOps, and application development. We help startups, SMEs, and enterprises drive innovation, reduce costs, and enhance security. Using our expertise, we seamlessly implement AI solutions, assist with migrations to AWS, and optimize DevOps process velocity. Our experienced team holds renowned AWS certifications, including the AWS Generative AI Competency, the Migration Acceleration Program, and the DevOps Competency. Through our scalable and secure applications, we are shaping the future of innovative technologies.
We're looking for one of our first US-based Project Managers to help establish and scale SnapSoft's delivery presence in North America.
This is more than a traditional project management role. You'll work alongside our established European PMO while helping shape how project delivery operates in the US as we continue expanding our business.
As one of our first US delivery hires, you'll have a direct impact on our processes, customer experience, and the future growth of our PMO.
What You Will Do:
  • Project Management & Execution: Take full responsibility for every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget including international projects in the NORAM and EMEA regions
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manage allocated resources to meet project deliverables while optimizing project profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage communications with all project stakeholders, ensuring expectations are set, and updates are provided throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Way of Working Facilitation: Pick the best-suited delivery methodology with your team to ensure effective project governance.
  • Leadership & Development: Lead and develop project teams, promoting an environment of growth and collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use project data to analyze performance, make informed decisions, and report on project outcomes.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify potential issues and proactively address them, ensuring project success.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements and ensuring project alignment with business goals.
  • Alongside the responsibilities listed above, you will:
    • Lead customer-facing AWS Cloud Migration, AI/ML and Application Development projects for North American customers.
    • Collaborate daily with project managers, architects and engineering teams across the US, Europe and LATAM.
    • Help establish best practices, governance and operational standards for our growing US PMO.
    • Act as a bridge between our US customers and our global delivery organization.
    • Contribute to improving project management processes, reporting and delivery excellence as we scale internationally.
    • Support strategic customer engagements where executive-level communication and ownership are required.
    • Occasionally travel within the US for strategic customer workshops, executive meetings or major project milestones.

Who are you
  • Action-oriented critical thinker - you are ready to get the job done with your initiatives.
  • Driven problem solver - you are ambitious, you work hard because you love it, you own things and get them done.
  • Collaborative team player - you enjoy working together with your team and across other departments, including directly collaborating with our software development team.
  • Humble active listener - you are eager to learn, give and receive candid feedback to grow. You let others speak and seek to understand their viewpoints. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior colleagues who can guide you as mentors.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of project management experience in fast-paced digital environments, including 3+ years managing software projects with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and driving effective outcomes.
  • Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Product Owner.
  • A builder's mindset-you enjoy creating new processes and solutions rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, international environment across multiple time zones.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and energized by ambiguity.
What we offer
We believe that exceptional people deserve exceptional recognition:
  • A company culture based on autonomy and accountability
  • Fully remote position anywhere in the United States.
  • Flexible working hours with collaboration across US, LATAM and European teams.
  • Opportunity to become one of the founding members of SnapSoft's US PMO.
  • High visibility across executive leadership with real influence on how our US delivery organization evolves.
  • Work with innovative AWS Cloud Migration, AI/ML and Application Development projects for fast-growing startups and enterprise customers.
  • Occasional business travel for strategic customer engagements.

Apply If You
Want more than just another Project Manager role. You're excited by the opportunity to become one of the first members of SnapSoft's US PMO, helping build the foundation of our North American delivery organization while leading challenging AWS Cloud, AI/ML and Application Development projects. You enjoy working with international teams, collaborating across the US, LATAM and Europe, and want to influence not only the success of your projects but also how a growing PMO operates.
