• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual therapy, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote personal growth and mental well-being.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and consistently monitor their progress, adapting strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize teletherapy methods to provide virtual sessions for clients facing mobility challenges or preferring remote consultations, ensuring accessibility to our services for all individuals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to uphold ethical and regulatory standards, showcasing our commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and remain current with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Acuity International Health Care Inc., you will work with a broad spectrum of clients of various backgrounds, addressing challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The diverse patient population we serve enriches your professional experience, allowing you to apply a range of therapeutic techniques and increase your cultural competency.

• A valid license in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective caseload and administrative task management.

• Previous experience in a community health setting, particularly with populations facing barriers to mental health care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.
• Evidence of continuing education or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
