We are expanding our remote support team and looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative to assist our clients and field teams. Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, respond to customer questions, and support daily operations. You'll work closely with our dispatch and service crews to ensure clients receive fast and professional service.
