Job Title

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end program governance for the brownfield conversion, managing complex interdependencies across multiple banking modules
  • Establish and maintain executive-level stakeholder relationships with C-suite banking leadership, regulatory bodies, and international business units
  • Drive strategic decision-making for the conversion approach, balancing business continuity with modernization objectives
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Cloud Services teams for system landscape management
  • Oversee conversion timeline adherence, managing critical milestones including dry runs, mock cutovers, and production go-live events Technical Delivery
  • Direct comprehensive assessment and remediation of heavily customized ECC environment, focusing on banking-specific configurations in Treasury (FI-TR), Risk Management, and Core Banking modules
  • Manage Business Partner conversion activities critical for banking customer data integrity, ensuring compliance with CVI integration requirements
  • Oversee custom code remediation using risk-based testing approaches, prioritizing business-critical banking processes and regulatory reporting functions
  • Coordinate integration testing for banking-specific interfaces including payment systems, regulatory reporting, and third-party financial data providers Risk Management
  • Implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for international banking regulatory compliance
  • Develop and execute business continuity plans ensuring minimal disruption to critical banking operations during conversion windows Required

Qualifications Technical Skills

  • 15+ years of SAP delivery experience with minimum 7+ years in brownfield ECC to S/4HANA conversions
  • Deep expertise in SAP Banking modules (FI, CO, TR, Risk Management) and understanding of core banking business processes
  • Proven experience managing large-scale conversions with 50K+ users and complex customization landscapes
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and conversion-specific tools including Simplification Item checks and custom code analysis
  • Experience with NZDT technology and system landscape management for minimal downtime conversions Leadership Experience
  • PMP certification preferred; additional SAP project management certifications a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams of 100+ resources across multiple geographies
  • Proven track record managing executive-level stakeholder relationships in complex financial services environments
  • Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies in large enterprise transformations
  • Strong background in change management and organizational transformation within regulated industries Industry Knowledge
  • Comprehensive understanding of international banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices
  • Experience with banking-specific SAP implementations including Treasury Management, Credit Risk, and Regulatory Reporting
