• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic treatment models tailored to the needs of clients.
• Quickly assess and respond to crisis situations, evaluating the urgency of each client's needs and providing immediate care as required.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to formulate initial diagnoses while utilizing the DSM V standards, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate training and educational sessions for staff and community members on relevant clinical topics to foster a well-informed environment.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with other community professionals, developing cross-system treatment plans that address complex client needs.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Utilize electronic health record systems proficiently to maintain accurate documentation and patient data.

Your client base will primarily include mothers and underserved populations who often face multiple challenges, including social, economic, and health-related issues. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by assisting clients through their unique experiences and helping them to navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.
• Must hold a valid independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in formulating diagnoses using DSM V criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a significant caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in electronic mail and Windows applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.

• Experience in employing evidence-based practices and methodologies in therapy sessions.
• Prior experience working within community health settings, especially with underserved populations.
• A passion for mental health advocacy and a record of impactful work in behavioral care.
