Your day-to-day duties will involve:

• Engaging in one-on-one video counseling sessions to assist clients in improving their mental health.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent license (unrestricted) from the state board, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong decision-making capabilities for treatment planning and implementation based on evaluations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and electronic health records.

While not mandatory, experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques will be advantageous.
