Life Escape Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their individual needs and challenges.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions based on specific family goals and child developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective support for each child.
• Engage and educate families about resources and strategies for enhancing their child's development, employing the coaching model and natural learning environment principles.
• Administer evaluations in compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations to ensure quality and safety in service delivery.
• Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with children and families, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
• Work with families to develop joint plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to their unique circumstances.

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who demonstrate developmental delays or disabilities. You'll be crucial in offering early intervention support during these formative years, helping children with key developmental skills including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. By working closely with families, you will help facilitate supportive learning environments that encourage growth and development.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work is required.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
• A valid driver's license is essential for potential travel requirements within the community.
• A solid understanding of Natural Learning Environment Practices, with the ability to tailor approaches according to varied instructional styles.
• One year of experience working in early intervention settings with children is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• A commitment to respecting and collaborating with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
