  • Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with children and families, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
  • Work with families to develop joint plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to their unique circumstances.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who demonstrate developmental delays or disabilities. You'll be crucial in offering early intervention support during these formative years, helping children with key developmental skills including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. • One year of experience working in early intervention settings with children is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate multiple cases effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • A commitment to respecting and collaborating with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as bilingualism can enhance communication with diverse populations.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in early childhood settings, especially in delivering interventions aligned with developmental practices.
  • Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaborative frameworks that include educators, psychologists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience utilizing technology for telehealth and remote service delivery, maintaining high-quality interactions with families.
