• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing effective treatment strategies tailored to their unique challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote psychological well-being and personal development.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly tracking progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions through secure platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to support ethical practices and uphold the standards of mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional growth through training opportunities, workshops, and staying informed about current developments in mental health.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Intellectual Mental Care, Inc., you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing culturally competent care, particularly to clients from underrepresented communities, including clients of color and the LGBTQIA population. Your role in supporting varied backgrounds will be integral to fostering an inclusive and accepting therapeutic environment.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A current state-issued LMFT license.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical experience providing therapy.

• Experience working with couples, children, teenagers, and families facing complex mental health issues.
• Demonstrated capability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in marginalized communities.
