Inova People Analytics is looking for a dedicated Sr. HR Analytics Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition function. This remote role will be full-time day shift working Monday - Friday. 

The Sr. HR Analytics Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, reporting and interpreting data for use in the development of HR business strategies and insightful story telling. Primary responsibilities encompass Business Requirements Identification, Data Exploration and Data and Analytics Strategy.

Sr. HR Analytics Analyst Job Responsibilities:

  • Collects Business Requirements using a variety of methods.
  • Conducts research and selects relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on acquiring, organizing, protecting, and processing data to fulfill business objectives.
  • Makes recommendations to improve data and analytics systems and platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement and refinement of data and analytics strategy.
  • Runs advanced and predictive analyses and performs model assessments, validation, and enhancement activities using predictive software tools and functionalities.
  • Prepares and coordinates the completion of various data and analytics reports.
  • Applies hands on methods for streamlining and standardizing data extraction, data transformation and loading of data into business intelligence tools and reporting solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
  • Experience: 6 years of direct experience in data analytics; Prior SQL querying expertise and reporting writing skills
  • This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states - VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Talent Acquisition through workforce, recruiting, or talent pipeline analytics.
  • Experience building executive-ready reports and visualizations that tell a clear story about talent acquisition performance and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in human resources, with a focus on HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Azure for data storage, processing, and analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other Microsoft productivity tools.
