Job description

Human Capital Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst on the National Security team, you will work closely with clients to understand their questions and data needs and transform complex data sets into actionable insights that support mission‑critical decisions.

What You’ll Work On
  • Use your data analytics expertise to support client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Research, develop, and test data methodologies and generate cross‑functional solutions through collection, interpretation, evaluation and analysis of large data sets.
  • Contribute to impactful work and guide decision‑making across multiple organizations.
  • Simplify technical requirements and trends for non‑technical audiences.
  • Create visualizations such as graphs, tables, PowerPoint slides and interactive dashboards.
  • Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Grow your communication and technical skills by developing data‑centric solutions across the client space.
Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience identifying, collecting, and transforming data.
  • Knowledge of quantitative data analysis, performance measures, data cleansing, metrics analysis, and applied research.
  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
Nice If You Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master’s degree.
Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000 to $141,000 (annualized). Booz Allen offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
