KBR has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support theM-Code Aviation Receiver Joint Program Office (MAR JPO) at Warner Robins AFB, GA. This position provides expert program analysis and scheduling support across multiple MAR JPO programs, developing and maintainingintegrated master schedules and conductingmanpoweranalysis.

This is a full-time remote position supporting customer at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB), and Wright-Patterson (AFB).

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Development:

  • Develop and manage program/project integrated master schedules with resource loading
  • Maintain JSSMO resource-assigned IMS across all programs
  • Develop cross-platform, receiver, and weapons integration master schedules
  • Coordinate schedule dependencies and critical path analysis
  • Update schedules based on fact-of-life changes and program updates

Program Analysis:

  • Conduct schedule-based analysis formanpowerneeds and resource allocation
  • Provide near-real-time assessments of projectedmanpowerrequirements
  • Develop schedule excursions and "what-if" analysis for decision support
  • Identifyschedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Track program milestones and deliverable schedules

System Integration Scheduling:

  • Coordinate with DoD platforms to identify integration schedules
  • Develop platform, receiver, antenna, and weapons integration roadmaps
  • Create resource-loaded IMS showing planned aircraft OFP cycle upgrades
  • Show key upgrade timing and schedule options based on aircraft OFP plans
  • Coordinate Integration Working Group schedules and meetings

ManpowerAnalysis:

  • Developmanpowerestimates for PNT Program Office
  • Maintainmanpowermodeling worksheets and tools
  • Produce functional allocation estimates (PM, EN, PK, FM, LG) for each project
  • Support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) input preparation
  • Updatemanpowermodels based on program changes

Reporting:

  • Prepare schedule status reports and briefings
  • Maintainacquisition trackers and program schedules
  • Support Monthly Status Report preparation
  • Provide schedule data for program reviews and milestone decisions

    Work Environment:

    • Location:WPAFB AFB, OH and/or work from home.

    • Travel Requirements: Minimal

    • Working Hours: Standard

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or related field

    • 7+ years of program scheduling experience

    • Active Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position

    Desired:

    • Experience working for gov't customers

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred

    • Masters Degree

    Scheduled Weekly Hours:

    40hrs
