This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to effectively connect with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a work-life balance conducive to both employee well-being and client care. • Conduct in-depth assessments of client mental health to identify needs and devise tailored treatment approaches.
• Diagnose mental health conditions in accordance with current diagnostic standards and develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans.
• Lead therapeutic sessions, encouraging clients to engage deeply with their emotions and to develop practical coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring all records adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Regularly review client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and facilitating timely discharge when appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall care of clients.
• Commit to personal growth and ongoing professional development, staying informed of best practices and integration of innovative therapies.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Scenic Integrative Health and Recovery Solutions, you will work primarily with a diverse client base, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach will enable you to build strong therapeutic relationships and foster a safe environment for clients to explore their challenges and pursue meaningful change.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential without restrictions.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an outpatient clinical setting following the completion of your graduate studies.
• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and providing effective psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Experience in implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies that enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and tools that facilitate efficient virtual counseling sessions.
• Comfort in working with a diverse clientele and adapting services to meet the unique needs of different populations.
