• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain the needs of clients, aiding in the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to provide individualized and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups focused on mental health topics, providing both support and education to help clients understand their challenges.
• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care.
• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate support and intervention as needed, ensuring client safety and stability.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Contribute to staff training sessions and professional development initiatives, sharing best practices and new research findings.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment and integrate new techniques into your therapeutic practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from different backgrounds and with varying experiences will be crucial in fostering an environment of trust and healing.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a solid understanding of mental health disorders.
• Proven experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy to diverse populations.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Adept at using telehealth technology and familiar with electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in individual and group therapy.
• Experience working in outpatient settings, with knowledge of community resources for mental health support.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and an understanding of how to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
