    Are you a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to make a real impact in patients’ lives? Come join a dynamic, patient-centered team led by a Phoenix Magazine “Top Doc” at Activated Health & Wellness — a premier concierge-level medical practice specializing in Internal Medicine, Hormone Optimization, and Medical Weight Loss.

    We are hiring for a Full-Time or Part-Time NP/PA to support our growing practice in Gilbert, AZ. This is your opportunity to practice whole-person, integrative care in a supportive, high-touch clinical setting where your voice matters and your expertise is valued.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide comprehensive, office-based care to new and established patients
    • Perform evaluations, physical exams, and develop individualized care plans
    • Interpret lab and radiologic tests; prescribe and manage medications
    • Collaborate with an experienced, multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient transformation

    What We're Looking For

    Required:

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
    • Active and unrestricted Arizona license (NP or PA)
    • Current and unrestricted DEA certification

    Preferred:

    • Experience in hormone replacement therapy, obesity medicine, or integrative health
    • Certification in obesity management
    • 1–2 years of clinic or hospital-based experience

    Position Details

    • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
    • Salary: $55–$65 per hour
    • Expected Hours: 20–40 hours/week
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shifts
    • Setting: In-person clinic (Gilbert, AZ)
