As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist working remotely, you will be utilizing telehealth technology to connect with patients. This role offers a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts aligned with patient needs. The remote setting allows for a supportive work-life balance, while empowering you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments that incorporate an understanding of patients' medical histories and current medical conditions.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing both mental health and medical needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that are personalized to meet each patient’s circumstances.

• Coordinate care with medical professionals within the integrated care team to promote optimal treatment outcomes for patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to ensure patient safety during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on the interplay between mental health and physical health, providing them with the tools to manage their conditions effectively.

• Maintain strict adherence to proper documentation practices, ensuring all patient records comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment progress and collaborative strategies.

• Stay updated on emerging research, integrated care practices, and advancements in mental health treatment to continually enhance service delivery.

You will work extensively with a diverse patient population, many of whom may present with co-occurring disorders, including chronic health issues, mental health challenges, and substance use difficulties. Your role is pivotal in providing tailored support that recognizes the complexities of these intertwined conditions, thereby facilitating recovery and enhancing quality of life for our patients.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Proven expertise in managing the mental health needs of individuals with complex medical histories and co-occurring conditions.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating with multidisciplinary health teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality as per ethical guidelines.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication platforms.

• A proactive approach to working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience as a mental health therapist, with a focus on integrated care practices.
