Remote Integrated Resource Management information

What is Remote Integrated Resource Management?

Remote Integrated Resource Management refers to the practice of coordinating and optimizing various resources—such as personnel, equipment, and data—across different locations using digital tools and communication technologies. This approach allows organizations to efficiently manage assets and workflows without the need for on-site supervision. It is commonly used in industries like energy, environmental management, and logistics, where resources are spread across vast or remote areas. By leveraging remote monitoring, automation, and data analytics, companies can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and respond more quickly to changing conditions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote integrated resource management professional?

To thrive in Remote Integrated Resource Management, you need a solid understanding of resource planning, project management, and data analysis, often supported by a relevant degree in environmental science, engineering, or resource management. Familiarity with GIS software, remote sensing technology, and project management platforms is typically required, along with certifications like PMP or GIS Professional. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills help in coordinating across remote teams and stakeholders. These skills are vital for effectively managing resources, ensuring compliance, and optimizing outcomes in distributed or virtual environments.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in remote integrated resource management, and how can they be addressed?

One common challenge in Remote Integrated Resource Management is coordinating across multiple teams and departments without face-to-face interaction, which can lead to communication gaps and misaligned priorities. To address this, professionals often rely on robust digital collaboration tools and establish regular virtual meetings to ensure everyone stays informed and engaged. Additionally, managing resources remotely requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements. Building a culture of transparency and proactive communication is key to overcoming these hurdles and ensuring successful resource allocation.

Job description

Who we are

More efficient. More accurate. More accessible. Exol is bringing industry-leading automation to businesses of all sizes through an innovative warehouse-as-a-service model.

What we need

As the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy, creation, and day-to-day execution of GreenBox's social media presence and integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own how the company shows up across social and campaign channels, working in close partnership with sales to build awareness that supports pipeline and revenue objectives. To be successful in this role you are a hands-on, self-directed marketer who is comfortable owning a function end-to-end in a fast-moving, build-stage environment.

Exol* is pioneering fulfillment-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail.

*Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.

What we do

The Sales and Marketing Team is part of the Commercial organization, which is responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing contracts with customers.

What you'll do

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Own Exol's social media strategy and execution end-to-end, with LinkedIn as the primary channel. Develop and maintain the editorial calendar, create and publish content, support executive visibility through ghostwriting and amplification, and manage day-to-day community engagement.

  • Integrated Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, email, web, content, and events. Tie each campaign to defined commercial objectives, including pipeline contribution, ideal-customer-profile awareness, and sales enablement.

  • Content Development: Produce and coordinate marketing content across formats, including social posts, articles, short-form video, case studies, and one-pagers. Translate customer outcomes, facility capabilities, and company milestones into clear, credible material for prospects, press, and partners.

  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels, including the company's brand mascot and supporting creative assets.

  • Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with sales and SDR functions to ensure marketing activity supports active deals. Provide campaign support, content, and assets that contribute to net-new pipeline rather than awareness alone.

  • Event & Field Marketing: Manage Exol's presence at relevant industry events and trade shows, including pre-event promotion, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up.

  • Performance & Analytics: Define and track the metrics that matter across the funnel, from engagement through to pipeline influence. Report results clearly to leadership and use performance data to adjust and improve programs.

  • Vendor Management: Manage external agencies, freelancers, and contractors as needed, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with objectives. This role has no direct reports.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated ownership of social media and integrated campaign programs.

  • Proven track record of campaigns that contributed measurably to pipeline or demand, with strong fluency in LinkedIn as a B2B channel.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and credibly to a senior B2B audience.

  • Hands-on proficiency with marketing tooling, including social scheduling and analytics platforms, email/CRM systems, and basic design and content tools.

  • Comfort operating independently as a team of one in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Experience marketing within a sales-led or enterprise deal motion, or within supply chain, logistics, robotics, automation, or related technology categories, is a plus.

Our Environment

  • Up to 10% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations, as well as to industry events and company facilities.

  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
