• Conduct thorough assessments and engage in therapeutic interventions aimed at community stabilization.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
• Coordinate with county crisis services to manage crisis alerts and avoid unnecessary crisis interventions.
• Oversee the transition of clients to hospital and inpatient services when required, collaborating with healthcare staff to support discharges and post-discharge care.
• Document all interactions clearly and promptly in our electronic health record system, ensuring all legal and ethical standards are met.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing your expertise to enhance the quality of services provided.
• Maintain a high level of motivation and enthusiasm, inspiring clients to work toward their goals and potential.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic serves a diverse demographic, reflecting the community’s cultural and socioeconomic variety. You will play a crucial role in establishing trust and rapport with clients, helping them navigate their emotional landscapes and achieve personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a relevant field.
• An active state-issued licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to conduct effective triage and prioritize client needs in a high-volume caseload environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to foster client engagement.

• Experience working in a telehealth capacity, demonstrating proficiency with digital platforms for virtual therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and community resource management.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing a caseload independently.
• Demonstrated success in motivating clients and maintaining a positive therapeutic rapport.
