You'll carry a general litigation docket focused on commercial disputes, municipal matters, and institutional client representation — handling matters from intake through trial across Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Clients include utility companies, municipalities, school districts, and other commercial and public entity clients.
  • Lead clients through the full litigation lifecycle — depositions, discovery, hearings, and trial
  • Draft briefs, pleadings, dispositive motions, stipulations, and position statements
  • Defend and take depositions; manage written discovery and trial prep
  • Counsel clients on risk exposure, policy development, and litigation strategy
  • Collaborate across the litigation group and participate in practice group meetings and CLE initiatives

Looking for:
  • Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
  • Open to Associate to Counsel levels
  • Recent general litigation experience with institutional or commercial clients — utility companies, municipalities, school districts, or similar public entity/commercial matters
