Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive working relationships while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, address challenges, and plan for future appointments and discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to best practices for clinical record-keeping.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.
  • Provide weekly individual therapy sessions, fostering engagement and empowerment in clients' personal growth processes.
  • Participate in individual supervision sessions to discuss cases, enhance clinical skills, and reflect on therapeutic techniques.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment approach for clients.
  • Utilize a growth mindset, embracing challenges and seeking opportunities for professional and personal development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
