Peaceful Paths Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote role. This role is fully remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both our counselors and clients. As a telehealth provider, you will perform all therapeutic services through secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms. Our digital infrastructure includes user-friendly tools designed for efficient documentation, client management, and communication, ensuring you can focus on what truly matters—your clients' mental health.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.
• Conduct client sessions on a weekly basis to evaluate progress, stabilize treatment needs, and determine eligibility for discharge as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and needs of each client.
• Document all client interactions accurately in line with legal and ethical standards, including maintaining up-to-date progress notes and intake assessments.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions for professional reflection and growth, enhancing your clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create an integrated care plan that addresses client needs comprehensively.

Our client base includes a broad spectrum of individuals, from children and adolescents to adults and families, each presenting varying levels of mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders, our therapists work diligently to address these issues with compassion and expertise. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
• A current, unrestricted, and active LPC license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in a clinical outpatient setting following your graduate education.
• Proficient in using various software systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, for managing documentation and client information.
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and establishing treatment goals collaboratively with clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Prior experience working in multidisciplinary teams focused on patient-centered care.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, structured on a fee-for-service model that provides guaranteed rates paid in advance, eliminating delays typically associated with reimbursements.
