• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing and nurturing rapport with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, stability, and to schedule future appointments or plan for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and outline a therapeutic path.
• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, fostering a safe and constructive environment for exploration and healing.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, coordinating care to optimize outcomes for clients.

You will serve a varied patient population through our community health clinic, offering tailored mental health support to adults, children, and families. Your role will contribute directly to improving the lives of individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological challenges. By providing compassionate care in a remote setting, you will help clients navigate their paths toward recovery and stabilization.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is necessary.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.
• Hands-on experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is required.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and preparing treatment plans.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings working with a diverse clientele is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and clinical approaches tailored to individual client needs.

Inner Balance Innovations offers a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We utilize a fee-for-service model that ensures guaranteed payment rates, allowing you to receive compensation ahead of client collections.
