Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Maryland. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients through emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure virtual platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant mental health history
  • Create treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and clinical presentation
  • Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Review client progress and update treatment plans when needed
  • Follow telehealth, privacy, and ethical counseling standards
  • Respond appropriately to safety concerns or elevated clinical risk

Requirements

  • Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Experience providing therapy in outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth settings
  • Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth tools
