As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building and maintaining rapport while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and guide them through upcoming appointments and discharge procedures when appropriate.
• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and monitor their implementation through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and client assessments, to support ongoing treatment and compliance standards.
• Perform intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic pathways.
• Engage in individual clinical supervision for continuous professional growth and case discussions.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset in your practice and contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on consistent professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and communication platforms like Outlook and Pimsy.
• A solid foundation in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment frameworks.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following additional experience are preferred:

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience in specialized therapeutic interventions or populations.
• Skills in using telehealth platforms and client management software.

Our compensation package reflects our commitment to our staff and includes:

• A salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and productivity.
