• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and client trust.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of and adherence to legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care.
