• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while observing professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive background and mental health information to guide treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Facilitate regular session meetings with clients to assess progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each session, including progress notes and treatment evaluations, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within and outside our organization to create a network of support around clients.

Our clientele spans a wide demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychiatric concerns. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely-related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, specifically providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology including electronic health records software, Excel, and various telehealth platforms.
