• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized counseling strategies that are evidence-based and context-sensitive.
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest counseling methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Facilitate client sessions in a warm, engaging manner that encourages openness and trust.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to additional services or specialists when necessary.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress and feedback.
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure continuity of care.

Your patient population will primarily consist of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be working with clients from diverse backgrounds, which requires sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic approach. Empowering clients to overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals will be a key aspect of your role, contributing significantly to their recovery journey.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Possession of all necessary state licenses for practice as an LPC.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to build rapport and promote a safe, supportive counseling environment.
• Experience in tailoring treatment plans to meet individual client needs effectively.
• An openness to collaborating with other healthcare providers for comprehensive client care.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology, enhancing the remote counseling experience.
• Experience in specialized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
