As an LPCC, you will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing mental health and substance use challenges that affect individuals across various backgrounds. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments to tailor treatment strategies that meet each client's unique needs, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Active LPCC licensure within the state of California.
• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Prior experience as an independently licensed clinician is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
